Miguel Perez: –
Began his acting career in 1980 in New York City as a student at the
National Shakespeare Company Conservatory. Upon graduation, Miguel
worked Off-Broadway at the New York Shakespeare Festival, the Classic
Stage Company, and in many major regional Theaters including The American
Repertory Theatre and Hartford Stage. Since coming to LA in 1992,
Miguel has appeared on Broadway in THE TEMPEST with Patrick Stewart,
and has been seen in a number of films including: MILLION DOLLAR BABY,
A PAINTED HOUSE, CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER, A SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM,
AND THE BAND PLAYED ON, MAGNOLIA, A.I. (Directed by Steven Spielberg)
and BLOW starring Johnny Depp. On television, Miguel has appeared
on NYPD BLUE, SEINFELD, FRAISER, BEVERLY HILLS 90210, BROOKLYN SOUTH,
CHICAGO HOPE, THE WONDER YEARS, ER, “24” and CSI among
many others. On stage in LA, Miguel has performed in HEDDA GABLER
at South Coast Rep, JULIUS CEASAR at the Knightsbridge Theater, OLEANNA
at the 3rd Street Theatre, and SCENES FROM AN EXECUTION with the Zoo
District Theatre. In CYRANO DE BERGERAC at the Knightsbridge Theatre,
his performance earned an LA Weekly Theatre award nomination for Best
Leading Actor. Miguel lives in Sierra Madre with his wife and son.
